I love it. I was sceptical at first that gently filing and buffing would do anything. But oh boy I've only used it twice and can see definite and positive changes.

Have given up on salon manicures as they destroy my nails and cuticles. Tried this on a whim and very glad I did. Amazing results. Wow... I've struggled a lot with my cuticles, especially the side walls (hangnails, overcutting, hangnails, on and on), and the results from the kit were immediate. I'm really blown away and so thrilled. The system is excellent, and I'm so happy I found Fyle. Honestly, it's a huge psychological relief. I haven't stop admiring my hands all day today, how unbothered and un-tortured they look, and only after only one treatment. It really made me feel lighter. Oh, and the balm is great, too! My husband bought this as it was on my Christmas gift list. I wasn't sure if it was exactly what I needed at the time. However I watch the helpful video a couple of times as I struggled a little with sticking the boards onto the mount.
Now I'm more than happy and feel that it's the best way forward for healthy looking nails and is my go to in an evening sat reading or watching TV.

My nails&cuticles never looked this good. Genuinely not even when leaving a salon! The method is easy, although with practice I think I’ll get even better. My nails look so well taken care of as well.
Refill files would be nice and maybe individual packets of the cuticle sticks - but that’s if I’m being super picky tbh. No complaints otherwise. Definitely would recommend!
