Returns Policy
Overview
We accept the return of your product(s) up to 14 days after they have been delivered. The return is possible if your products have never been opened or used, and are in their original packaging.
The return fees are at the customer's expense, we do not provide prepaid shipping labels.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, in the same condition in which they were received. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
For international returns, any return shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes incurred will be deducted from the refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used personal care products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised products

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Subscriptions
Subscription orders are subject to the terms agreed at checkout. Cancellations apply to future shipments only. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.Answer
